A Bulky Waste Shredder is a device specifically designed for handling large waste. It mechanically breaks down and shreds large discarded items, such as old furniture (sofas, mattresses, wardrobes), used appliances (refrigerators, washing machines), and wood, into smaller pieces for easy recycling, transportation, or disposal.

Working Principle

A motor drives the blades or rotor at high speed, breaking up the material through the shearing, tearing, and squeezing action of the blades. Once large pieces of waste enter the shredder chamber, they are subjected to the intense impact and shearing force of the rotating blades, gradually breaking them into smaller pieces.

Furniture

• Wooden furniture: These include old wardrobes, desks, bed frames, and chairs. These wooden furniture are made of a variety of materials, including solid wood and artificial boards.
